Our NYC Self Defense Approach – Plan A & Plan B
True self defense starts with controlling your mind and sharp physical action. We train both from day one.
Plan A – Prevention & De-Escalation (Your Daily Strategy)
• Sharp awareness to spot and avoid potential threats
• Verbal & non-verbal de-escalation tools
• Respectful interactions to reduce conflict risk
Plan B – When You Have No Choice But to Defend
Our self defense classes develop a complete, practical toolkit so you’re prepared if prevention fails:
• Powerful, efficient striking
• Close-quarter & clinch fighting
• Grappling & ground defense
• Armed attacker & multiple-opponent scenarios
We train Plan B in the hope you never need it—but you’ll be prepared if you do.
